At Eastern, we subscribe to a different set of guiding principles. We serve the people who dedicate their lives to making our communities better. Instead of serving a single employer or single facility or single jurisdiction, we serve all state and local public employees in a 9-county service area. People who set their careers to making where we live a better, safer, more playful, more efficient, more healthy, and cleaner place to be.

Our service area includes Columbia, Duchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester counties.
